Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were lovely, but I wished they had a balcony for a more convenient experience. There were some electricity issues, and dealing with too many ants in the bathroom was not ideal. The booking process was smooth.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The oasis-like location surrounded by desert dunes was absolutely breathtaking, providing a unique and serene experience. However, the room had issues with electricity and pesky ants, which made early mornings quite challenging.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, although beautiful tent bungalows with private pools, were comfortable but had some issues like electricity problems and too many ants in the bathroom. On the upside, they were cozy and nice. Service was pleasant and accommodating, but some staff seemed uninformed about activities. The location was commendable, next to Al Badayer huge dune, but a bit complicated. The dining was average, not as delicious as expected. Facilities overall were good.
The hotel had clean and nicely decorated rooms, but they were not soundproof, which was inconvenient. The service from all staff members, especially Mr Jamal and Mr Kebba, was very friendly and hospitable. The location offered fantastic views of the desert and its calmness, although it was untidy in some areas. The dining experience, especially the breakfast, was not very impressive for a 5-star resort.
The rooms were strangely small for the amount of space around, lacking a bathroom or eating area, yet they were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. However, the overall experience beyond our room was terrible, with early departures due to electricity problems and too many ants dropping from the bathroom ceiling onto towels.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The rooms were very nice and comfortable, and Gbenga made sure my room always smelled so nice. The service was top-notch, especially thanks to Mr Elvin, who supported our entire trip. The location was perfect, allowing me to experience the desert right in Almadam next to the huge Al Badayer dune. The dining was good, although the breakfast could be more flavorful. Overall, a great experience with friendly staff and excellent facilities.
